Casa Ortiz is located in the center of a coastal town on the Costa Brava. The owners needed a large garage, which led to raising the outdoor space of the house to an upper level.

This solution not only allowed for a spacious garage on the ground floor but also optimized the entry of natural light throughout the house. The structure of the house is built entirely with CLT walls, which not only provides a solid and durable structure but also creates a warm and inviting atmosphere.

The use of wood throughout the structure adds a natural and rustic touch, while modern finishes ensure a perfect balance between tradition and contemporaneity.

Casa Ortiz’s interior design is intended to offer comfort and functionality. The common areas, such as the living room and kitchen, are designed to make the most of natural light and views to the outside.
