I am an approachable person and I love to learn new things all the time. I am passionate about challenges of all kinds, with a clear focus on sports. I have two children, Biel and Mar, and I am happily married to Raquel.

My mission in the company is the direction of the works. I am in charge of making sure that all the previous work with the promoters, and everything that the technical team has projected in the office, becomes a reality. I am the person who connects the plans of our projects with reality.
I consider myself a person who seeks to connect with others on a deeper level. I am passionate about holistic wellness, I live the culture of yoga beyond asanas, incorporating meditation and pranayama in my daily life.
I am also passionate about music and a member of the band “Somos Lavanda”, a group where I channel my creativity and passion for artistic expression.
Raquel Güell Roura.

My mission is to lead the administration as human resources director, ensuring the well-being of the staff and being their confidant. I am also in charge of improving the company’s image, allowing the team to focus on designing and building exceptional homes.
I consider myself a calm, sweet, sincere person and I love to help others as much as I can. I love to defend my values and the rights of my people. I enjoy being a mom to Biel and Mar, and I love learning about education and parenting as much as I can. I love everything that has to do with snow. I love to organize everything, it brings me calm and tranquility.

My mission in the company is to lead the team, working closely with Adrià and David. I am in charge of ensuring that the short and medium term objectives of our projects are clearly communicated to the team, ensuring that we all work in the same direction to achieve success.
I consider myself an earthquake, both in life and at work. Always eager to learn new things and with the ability to solve any kind of problem that is put in front of me. I am passionate about traveling, wherever and with whomever, if I have to travel alone, I do it, and I am incapable of spending a weekend at home.
Arnau Costa Quintana.

My mission in the company focuses on the drafting of basic projects, I generate the necessary documentation to apply for building permits, validate that the design is feasible and write the regulatory justifications.
I am a creative and curious person, with a great capacity to face new challenges with a positive and decisive attitude. I consider myself fun and energetic, attentive to details and with a great passion to transform dreams into realities. My constant curiosity leads me to explore new environments and cultures, which allows me to enrich myself personally and professionally. I am passionate about contact with nature and it helps me to disconnect from everyone around me.
Fran Montero Forner.

My mission in the company is to be Adrià’s right hand, supporting him both in internal aspects of the company and in the development of projects. I am in charge of the creation of basic projects, preliminary projects, some construction management in reforms, and direct contact with the client, in addition to the development of internal documentation improvements for the company.
I am a versatile person and open to take on any task that is proposed to me. I stand out for my organization, attention to detail and proactive attitude. I love the outdoors, I am very friendly with my friends and I love plants. My passion is new experiences, I love to travel and learn about new cultures. I define myself as an entertaining, positive and responsible person.
Ray Zappa.

My mission in the company is to lead the pre-project phase, providing my spatial vision and ability to generate proposals with different variables. Once the developer’s premises are established, I am in charge of shaping the project. In addition, I manage the rendering team so that our ideas are faithfully captured in the final rendered images of the preliminary project.
I am a creative, attentive, available and very empathetic person. Animal and nature lover, I love spending time with the people I love and with my faithful four-legged friend, a Swiss Shepherd of many kilos and lots of contained love.
I am passionate about yoga and sports. I also consider myself a curious person, and therefore I love to read and deepen my knowledge in different subjects.
Cristina Gálvez de la O.

My mission in the company is focused on the drafting of executive projects. I am in charge of the definition of the structure, construction details and finishes, ensuring accuracy and quality in every aspect of the design. In addition, I coordinate with the project’s quantity surveyor to draft the detailed and accurate measurements of the entire project.
I am a calm, methodical and orderly person, so much so, that I have lists for everything. I love to spend my free time walking along the beach or chatting around a table with my family or friends. My hobbies are reading, movies and series, where I sometimes lose track of time.

Our mission in the firm as interns is to learn and contribute our knowledge in the real world of architecture. Thanks to proactivity and software skills we can help the studio to develop projects more efficiently and effectively. This exchange of knowledge is a win-win both for our professional training and for the progress of the projects in the company.
